Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately (nac.naturesapothecary@gmail.com) if the products are damaged/ faulty or if you received incorrect items to evaluate the issue.
Please note, we will require a picture of damaged/ incorrect products via email.
All major faults deemed by our product staff are replaceable in the event that the product fails to be fit for use within a reasonable time frame of purchase of the product.

We will notify you once we've received your request, and will advise you if the refund was approved or not.


Shipping

Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed.

We use Australia Post for shipping, a tracking number will be provided with each order. Please contact Australia Post directly for any delays or delivery enquiries once your products have been shipped.

Postage flat rate $15 Australia wide. Free of charge local delivery might be available for Campbells Creek (VIC) and Castlemaine (VIC).
