Due to hygiene and contamination concerns, unfortunately we DO NOT accept returns once you have received your order.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately (email@example.com) if the products are damaged or if you received the wrong items to evaluate the issue. Please note, we will require a picture of damaged/ incorrect products via email.
We do not accept returns on sale items
We will notify you once we've received your request, and will advise you if the refund was approved or not.
Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed.
We use Australia Post for shipping, a tracking number will be provided with each order. Please contact Australia Post directly for any delays or delivery enquiries once your products have been posted.
Postage flat rate $10 standard post or $13 express post per order, free shipping for orders of $125
We will be busy visiting family & friends overseas
